Within the scope of the capabilities of our technology, we offer our customers the following testing services:
- Various tests under realistic operating conditions (to customer requirements)
- Long-term testing to establish life-cycle times and sealing integrity
- Component testing
- Individual acceptance procedures
- Testing according german clean air act VDI 2440
- Leakage testing to 1 x 10 -9 mbar l/sec
- Vacuum testing
- Pressure and integrity testing to DIN EN 12266-1, API 598 / ASME B 16.34 (or to customer requirements)
- High-pressure testing up to 600 bar
- Fire safety testing to BS 6755, ISO 10497 or API 607
All the above testing can be certified in co-operation with the TÜV (German technical inspection agency) or other acceptance organisation.
All the information and which comes to our knowledge in the performance of the above testing services is of course treated with the strictest confidentiality and secrecy.
Valves repair and recycling
In our company, we maintain a separate specialised area, with the equipment and staff required for valves repair. Although the valves supplied by our customers as so called recyclable valves, or valves which are immediately reused in the production process, we ensure that they are refurbished as quickly as possible into valves that are as good as new.
Depending on the product and its value, our valve recycling can result in significant cost savings in comparison to new procurement.
Our recycling naturally takes into account the customer’s delivery conditions and the manufacturer’s specifications.
Recycling:
- Dismantling of valves
- Cleaning of parts (if necessary by blasting)
- Nuts, bolts and seals/gaskets are discarded
- Flange sealing surfaces are reworked
- All parts are checked for usability (if necessary by dye penetration testing)
- Damaged parts are replaced with new parts
- Assembly
- Function, pressure and integrity testing
- A testing stamp is applied
- valves are painted if necessary
- valves are provided with flange protection caps
Technical Development
Our many years of experience in the field of valves design, and the extensive know-how obtained form for our employees the sound basis for new solutions.
We offer our customers the management of their projects in the form of development services. These development services extend from gathering of information through to development support with our CAD programme package, prototype construction, trials design and trials evaluation and on to preparation for series production, including project and cost management.
